I have this same issue. Took it apart and replaced the user interface. It’s still happening!
Hi @lbaas Since you have replaced the UI check and also that you have checked the wiring harness connections (loose, corroded etc) between the UI and the main control board, check if there is 5V DC between control board connector P1C pin 2 and P1C pin 4. If not, replace the control board. The part number for the control board is W10751502. Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
