Hi, I have a Caffeo Solo coffee machine. The problem is that when I turn it on it makes a sound from the motor in the brewing unit for a couple of seconds then after maybe 5 seconds it start flashing through the bean lights, and after a few seconds it just turns off the machine. I cant find anywhere what that fault code means. I have stripped the machine and tested the microswitches but I cant figure out what is wrong.
Melitta says: “The brewing unit may not be locked correctly. Unlock the brewing unit and lock it again. If the display still flashes, remove the brewing unit, reinsert it and lock it again.” You can also turn off the machine, take out the brewing unit and press the microswitch of the brewing unit on the top right with a tool. Then switch on. It may then be position correctly.
