So I just dropped my phone on the floor and now I can t open it without a power source, and is constantly bootlooping.Also, the phone don`t turn on when I connect it to the computer
Sounds like the battery plug got loose when the phone was dropped. You can confirm it’s an issue with the battery if the apple logo or phone immediately shuts off when the charging cable is unplugged.
