Chosen Solution
Hey guys so I broke my iPhone 7, but it was weird because half of the screen still worked but the bottom didn’t and I wasn’t able to type in my passcode. So I decided to buy a screen and completely fixed it but now it wont turn on at all…. I went back in a few times just to make sure the cables were plugged in correctly still will not turn on. Anybody know what could be wrong with it?
First thing to test is if the device even receives power. Do you still have the old screen? If you do, see if you can plug in the old screen and see if the device turns on still or even receives power. Other option is if you have a USB ampmeter. Just gotta make sure the battery is plugged in. Let me know how this goes!
