Will not hold charge for a day

Hi if its not holding a charge it is mostly the battery that’s the issue but the Fitbit sense is a fairly new device so if its under warranty I would see what they say about it here’s guide on how to save battery by adjusting settings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Tg4nGJC… there is a chance that It just needs a update as iv seen a lot of people having this issue when I had a look for a guide I have had a look for battery replacement guides and there aren’t any ,probably due to how new it is if you have any more questions please ask hopefully this helps Thanks:-)
