the video went off and then the audio ,is there a reset ,or can I fix it
dennis wilkie sorry not reset on those. It sounds like either a power board or main board issue. Let us know if you get a blink pattern from the front LED’s. After that, unplug your unit and take a look at the boards. check for any obvious damage like leaking or domed capacitors, loose cables etc. Take plenty of pictures and post those with your question.
