Chosen Solution
I have had the fire stick for 2 months. when i turn it on, its dark not working. i opened the back of the remote took out the batteries and put them back in. so it worked. however everytime i try to use it the same thing happenes…all black no sound or picture.
It covered under warranty, return it and get one that works.
