Hello, so I have a macbook pro 2017 15 inch and it’s running crazy slow with full fan speed on at all times. I took it to a shop and they found no water damage on motherboard. Did a diagnosis test and said possible smc and power managment failures. I assume the battery is good as it only has 27 cycles. Installed tg pro and all temps are normal. What can possibly be the issue?
