Hi brought a macbook pro with GPU problems and have fixed it with a reflow, but when when install the OS and even reset the SMC it runs really slow even with a SSD and 16gb of ram in it. Can anyone help???
Run Apple diagnostic and report what error you get. It sounds like a temperature sensor failed and it is showing an extremely high or low temperature.
Here you have more details on the subject of failing sensor. This is a CPU sensor according to schematics I think @capsitup wanted to say was the Q5510 was faulty because the Q5501 does not exist on the 820 2936 board Here is a photo of it
And here it is on the schematics (this is on the cpu side of the board)
