I have a razor 15 2019 and it sounds like the fans are grinding or making a strange noise but are working fine. I want to properly clean it and if possible increase my ram from 16GB to 32GB
Max Regni looks like teh part number for your computers fan is DFS5K121144645. check places like this for a replacement. As for the memory we would need your computer model number to determine what you need. for now it looks like you would need DDR4 PC4-21300CL=19Dual Rankedx8 based

I would do some research b4 upgrading. I found a number of posts that indicated a 16 to 32GB RAM upgrade has little effect unless you are doing some serious number crunching or video editing. As far as the noise, it may be as simple as dust needing to be blown out, or the fan bearings need lub or maybe the fan needs replacement if they are real bad.
