Chosen Solution
The Mac is just idling on the desktop with TG pro open and the cpu package is 69 degrees, however the heat sink is cool to the touch
MacBook fan is stuck on full. It was suggested I replace the actual fan, I have done so and it has not fixed the problem. Here is what asd says:

I was hoping you would get all of the sensors, All see is the top ones, the ones at the bottom are also important to see. Take a fresh snapshot and slide the slide down to get a second snapshot of the lower ones.
