Chosen Solution
I just recently replaced the MagSafe DC-In board, but I accidentally took the fan connector’s socket completely off of the logic board. Is there a way to avoid buying a new logic board and just solder the connector back onto the board? I cannot afford to buy a new logic board right now. Please let me know what should I do. Thank you.
There is a product for sale through Dronesplus.com It is called Johnny Weld. A lot of people have been using it to repair broken frames and electronic pieces. It is non conductive and bonds strong to virtually any material in 3 seconds. Hope this helps good luck
