I have the same issue after replacing the batteries. Only the right side fan runs at full rpms. I replaced both fans and still the same issue. I wonder if I damaged something on the board related to the right fan. Anyone have any ideas besides buying a new logic board? Update (12/16/2021)

. Here is the screen shot from the App. I also saw a Youtube video that showed a component that gets knock off near the edge of the board when changing batteries, Not sure If I did that.
