I have a Epson ET-15000 and it has a false paper jam. I’ve tried to restart it several times and still says printer error. How do I fix it?
Shut the printer off, get a flashlight, and try to see inside. Make sure no label fragments have jammed up your printer before proceeding. You might need to check underneath the printer and shake it out to dislodge any loose paper or other debris that may have gotten stuck inside Regards
