Dears, I have coolpad note 3 plus mobile.. Getting frequent errors saying “unfortunately launcher has stopped”. So i did factory reset and rebooted the mobile. After the restart, its asking

  1. select language
  2. select sim
  3. wifi –> i provided my wifi details and the connection was successful. After that i am getting error saying “unfortunately Google Play service has stopped” during software update.. Nothing is moving after this error. Could please help in this regard. Regards, B.R.L.Rao
