Hi, Like the tittle says, I did a factory reset on my asus laptop. Everything went ok until it went to a black screen with a little spinning icon in the bottoms. Its been there looping for more than 12 Hours. Is it normal for it to take this long??
Hi To answer the question - no it is not normal and likely doing nothing at this point. I would suggest trying a restart in safe mode. or re-installing manually.
