Hi @eman1970 , Here is a link to the ifixit DigiLand DL700D Troubleshooting guide. Scroll down to Passcode is forgotten to see how to factory reset the tablet. Update (02/11/2018) Hi @eman1970 , Try holding the Power button and the Volume Up and Down buttons (3 buttons together) to get into the recovery screen. Once there, release the buttons and follow the guide as before
