Good afternoon, I replaced my front screen with the tools and new screen replacement from the company, but my face front camera is not working. I follow the online procedures in changing the screen replacement. Please assist with this issue or provide a new screen replacement that has a front camera working. Also, there is a circle light on the bottom right hand of the screen. I have reset all my settings and verify that everything is working properly. Thank you.
Compare the new screens to the old ones. I typically recommend people stay away from the replacement screens that already have the front camera assembly for this specific reason in that they’re trash most of the time. If you could post a picture of the back side of the old and new screens side by side we might get a better idea of what’s going on.
