Upon opening an IPhone X to replace the screen, it was found the new screen has six clips to fit into the phone case. The original screen does not have the clips and there are no slots in the phone case to receive the clips even after the black sealant is removed from the phone case. What is the solution.
You’ve sheared the screen bezel off the screen, the bezels are still attached to the back case. Pull it off. Normally this should not happen, It’s possible that your original screen is an aftermarket one to begin with.
