The external hard drive for my Xbox one keeps disconnecting randomly. I’ve tried a new cable to no avail. Hoping someone else has some ideas.
If you try mounting the External drive on a pc does it still keep disconnecting. this will help you determine whether the issue is with the XBOX or the External Hard drive.
