Chosen Solution

Win 7 I ran DLG diagnosis it shows volume name. Quick test Pass Capacity 0.0 GB, extended test Pass Capacity 0.0 GB. anyone that found a solution with similar issue please help. thx

If you dont care about data on it, whith the drive plugged in, go into the start menu and type “disk management” and hit enter, there you see all the disks plugged in to your computer, find the one that is the WD passport, right click and then hit format, THIS WILL DELETE ALL DATA, but the hdd should work again. The other thing is there is no space left, to check that, hit the folder icon on your taskbar or if you dont have it go in to the start menu and type “windows explorer” then navigate to My Computer on the left side and see if your WD Passport is detected, if it is how much space does it say it has?
