Chosen Solution
When I was cleaning the card I made the stupid mistake of putting the card in my lap and wearing socks on the carpet, but when I put the card in and turn it on its fans spin and it sometimes gives me a black screen.
Hi I have had this happen to me a couple times and it was just dust and debris in the PCI socket in the main board I would suggest posing and cleaning the PCI slot with some air and if necessary isopropyl alcohol Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
