Hi there! I have a LG G2 phone with Android 5.0.2 and theres a problem with that. the problem is every time I power off the phone , any preference goes away. for example my date and time resets to a random day, my phone name resets, my hotspots name, some of my Apps loose their data. I couldn’t find anything wrong with my phone and I dont know what should I do!!! any solutions ?! Tnx a lot!!!
Has it only deleted data for some of the apps but not others? Has it started after you installed a new app? Do you have any anti-virus apps on it? If not install some and run them.
