Hi, I have a Euroclean iClean vacuum cleaner. Recently, the power cord retractor was not working. So I opened the vacuum cleaner panel and tried to fix the retractor issue. The issue did not fix. Also, now the new problem is added. That is even though the vacuum cleaner starts, within a few seconds it is getting turned off. I am not an electrical expert.

  1. How to fix the retractor cord - it’s not winding properly?
  2. Whether any wire is getting in contact with another wiring so the vacuum cleaner is getting turned off after a few seconds? Please suggest fixing the above issues. Thanks, Vishwanath
