Chosen Solution

I have bought this item: http://xiaomi-mi.com/smart-home/xiaomi-h… but i cant connect to the phone. It´s not find it. When i turn on the bluetooh on adjust, i can see the Flower care,but i can´t connect it. Any idea? Thanks and apologize for my english.

Hi dude… Note I tried this on tablet, iPhone(ios 7) and Android phone (soft. vers. 5)…all using the same google account. After un boxing , including opening device, removing plastic film, putting in pot and connecting for first time (succesfully) the app offered to update hardware - the flower care device. After I updated to 2.9… I had your problem and couldn’t connect. HERE is what I did in reverse order: While connected to bluetooh, the locations on phone enabled and connected to wifi - on the main screen of the mi flower app I deleted the flower - or the bound device so that it is empty and I have to find device again. The device was placed near the phone with the side with logo facing up. I saw the light sensor illuminates (bright white) when connecting What didn’t work, after I tried: Installing Mihome app and adding device there, later to try to connect through flower care app. Trying to pair on tablet, android phone or iphone to the device outside of miflower app Changing battery, or leaving it without battery. HOPE THIS HELPS. P.S. WOULD SUGGEST NOT UPDATING I N THE FIRST PLACE, BUT IT WAS TOO LATE IN MY CASE

HI!,thanks. Now there is a new Flower care update. I have uninstalled the app and installed the new one and now it´s work, i can connect the device on my tablet now. Thanks again!

This can work outside China? I tried mine cant

check with the tester if the new battery shows 3 volts. If I’m sorry to tell you but I had to throw it away because I couldn’t get it to work anymore!

I removed it from the app after changing the battery and restarted my Android phone. Then it finally found the Flower Care and was able to pair to it again
