Chosen Solution
I’ve been trying to reinstall iOS 4.2.1 on my old 3G iPhone, but it throws back error 9 or 6 every time. I’ve already tried most of the common solutions. Can anybody offer any assistance? Thanks! Update (06/17/2017) I also forgot, it’s stuck in DFU mode, and the iOS was corrupted when I got it.
Try to flash with 3Utools
Your device is stuck on DFU, you can exit that with 3uTools.
