i just dropped my Iphone 5s and when i saw the screen was all black then i connected to the charger and it was stuck on apple logo, i tried itunes but it didn’t worked it said it was error 4005, so please tell me what to do if u know
Hi Salome Plug your iPhone to your PC and open iTunes Hold a power+home button on the same time than wait 15 second and release the power button and keep holding the home button until iTunes pop up then follow the instructions Good luck
