Chosen Solution
I was given an Iphone 5 today. I brought it home and plugged it up. Says the battery is completely charged but won’t stay on after unplugging. I wanted to restore it to factory settings but every time I try through Itunes it says error 21. I googled and searched for what to do. I put it in DFC mode or whatever it was called and tried that but still not restoring. The phone is now stuck on the restore screen that is just a plug in to Itunes picture. Any advice would be very helpful.
Error 21 is battery problem kinda obvious when it loses power when unplugged
