Printer has suddenly shown error code 1681. Says more than one cartridge of same colour installed but this is not correct
suhill2 first you want to check the ink tanks to ensure that the appropriate colors are installed in the correct positions. It is always possible that the (a) new cartridge is defective. Replace the last installed cartridge and see if that does not resolve it.
