Error code: 2000-0151 . Issue seems to be with hard drive. When I turn on my laptop, it saya Harddisk not installed. Dell support assitant has detecetd failing component on your system. Servive tag 5P4G0C2 Validation 75072 Harddisk 0- S/N WXS1EB5C0D8Z I have lot of data in the hardisk and wondering if that data can still be retrived.
Hi! You will need to replace that failing hard drive (perhaps even upgrade to an SSD). Then you have to install an operating system. After that you can try to use something like a SATA to USB adapter to connect your old hard drive to your computer and recover your stuff. The alternative is to just go to a computer repair shop and ask them to recover your data, but that might get expensive and does not solve the issue of your broken laptop.
