Visual voicemail not working. When I try to save a custom greeting I get this error message. My voice mails are not being transferred to my phone, and I am also not getting any notification that I have a voicemail.
You need to set up your voicemail; it hasn’t been set up yet (or has been reset). Go to the Phone app, tap Keypad, then press and hold “1”. The phone should let you know if your voicemail needs to be set up.
