My printer has been in a cupboard for a few months, and now it is saying “SETUP cartridge detected - Replace” and ALL are highlighted. I can’t get out of the loop. ALL carts have ink in them (you can hear it if you shake them). Why won’t it let me finish the ink in them?
Try using 91 or 99% Isopropyl alcohol to clean where the ink comes out and the gold contacts. It might be jammed or having a bad connection. If that doesn’t work, use a small thin tool, like maybe a toothpick, to carefully clean out where the ink comes out. If any of that doesn’t work, I suggest just get new ink as it might have dried out inside the cartridge since you last used it. Hope this helps! If it did please hit the accept answer button!
