Chosen Solution
I have an Epson WF-7520. Lately, the printer has been having squiggly lines, white lines through the print and sometimes the print is skewed. I have talked to a computer professional about it, but have not had it serviced professionally. The professional told me there was a part that could fix the problem, but that it was costly and basically a new printer would be more cost efficient. (He does not sell printers, but apparently has researched this issue.) I have done all the maintenance required several times, print head check, cleaning, vertical, horizontal alignment several times and the issue remains unresolved. Any thoughts on this or is it time for a decent burial of my Epson WF-7520?
I would say its time for a new printer. Epson makes money on ink not the printers. Get a new generation one, because the older the printer, the more difficult it will become to find the ink. Its better to have a new generation where you know the ink is mainstream too.
