Chosen Solution
I replace the yellow ink cartridge, but the printer will not recognize the new cartridge. I have tried EVERYTHING. Took out the yellow and reinserted it multiple times. Turned off the printer and let it sit overnight on OFF multiple times. Tried to have it look for the cartridge with the yellow slot empty multiple times. I am lost now–and i have no printer. PLEASE HELP! Thank you.
