Hi Printer says no ink in any of the cartridges. But brand new cartridges have been installed. Computer also not picking up toner levels with new cartridges installed. Although was working before toners were changed over. How to I fix this?
Take out the ink. Reset the printer. Clean the part of the ink cartridges that your printer reads. Reinstall your ink. If it still doesn’t work let me know and I will try to help. Good luck.
