Chosen Solution
The software installing update on a phone that I’ve been using for about 2 months evidently came on while in my purse and something must have gotten pushed and it is setting at 0%. If I push the button to turn off it gives me a warning about system crashing if I continue. How do I get it back up? Not very tech savvy…help!
Hold- (minus) and you will be good. At least worked for me with the same issue.
