My electric fan will make a loud noise and the shaft will be hard to turn but will be easy to turn when its off Its been lubricated, the cables are all connected too
Hi I suggest you to re-connect all the screws and if you already did then loosen the screws a little. If everything is right in terms of mechanical then it would be short inside the motor
