when using kenmore he3 elite electric dryer, while it cycles it causes the electric service panel breaker (220vac) to overheat, and melt the plastic, what causes this. the dryer itself is hot to the touch on the top of it (front load dryer)
You have a short in your wiring. The panel breaker should be kicking off, not melting. This one needs to be looked at by a qualified electrician,
