Hi, How tough is the screen to replace on my own vs. going to a repair store? and how much would the new screen cost / which model its the Apple part I can purchase such that my warranty is not void? What are the instructions to the screen replacement for the 13" touch bar MacBook Pro?
Blow up step #24 of the teardown. You will the the hinges there. Three screws in each hinge. Plus 2-3 cables. MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar Teardown Sorry there is not a guide on this machine yet.
REALLY need help getting the screen assembly replaced on one of these. Already have the back off, and the hinges unscrewed, and realized there wasn’t a guide for this model.
Does anyone how to remove the hinge on this model? I received a replacement lcd that’s missing one of the hinges. Trying to salvage
