Earspeaker And Mic Not Working On Calls But Works On Voice Memos Iphone Xs Max

Hi I recently done a screen replacement and on calls the microphone and ear speakers doesn’t work although when using Voice memo it does work also when i use the app TestM when the earspeaker test is done it works, just not on calls any help would be helpful thanks
