i replaced the earpeice and it still continues to be faint anyone know what the problem can be?
Most of the time the speaker filter on the top is very clogged. Use a fine soft bristle brush to clean it. It may take a while to clean usually a minute or two of doing so. Opening it is not required to clean in most cases but it is better to clean from behind too.
