Hi I’ve had this phone for almost a year. I use earphones a lot, audiobooks, podcasts and whatnot. Recently, when I first plug in the earphones, only the right side works. I can’t hear anything in the left side. I thought it’s the earphones but even with new ones it’s the same. But if I pull on the plug slightly and rotate it just a bit, it works. I suspect I need to bend the pins outward a bit but don’t know how to do that. If I take the phone apart can I reach the inside of the plug? Any other suggestions? Any help appreciated, Thanks
I had the same issue, using a paperclip I discovered the bottom of the port had a buildup of debris. Try having a dig.
