I can’t hear through my Iphone unless I put it on speaker.
Have you taken the screen off? Check the connections on the motherboard. You could need a earpiece speaker. It will need to be soldered on to the cable. If you buy a new cable with the proximity sensor and a earpiece speaker you will lose face Id so you will need to solder on the the new one.
