One day y wake up like normally and make a phone call but y couldn’t hear that person then y turn on speaker and then y was able to hear that person. So y went and got my friend phone and call my self from that phone pretty much every thing works fine except the ear speaker the mic work the speaker mode work but when y put it on ear speaker mode no sound come from there. Y went and downloaded and app to test the speaker, and both the normal speaker and the ear speaker work completely fine which means that the ear speaker is working. But it does not work while in phone call, also try on whatsapp and is the same problem.
Hi @willyghost , Try the following and check if either of them resolves the problem. i). Wipe the cache partition and check if it now works OK. ii). Start and use the phone in safe mode and check if the problem still occurs. If it works OK in safe mode then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall. When it works OK then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the cause. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and didn’t come pre-installed with the phone.
