So I charge the dyson and it works fine whilst im using it now if I put it down overnight (not in the cradle) it is dead come morning. If I disconnect the battery and put it back the next day its fine. So its like there is a short or something? Any ideas. I have got a free new extra battery to the same effect from Dyson
Hi iv seen this a couple times online and me personally would see if Dyson will replace your unit as Dyson handheld vacuums are not made to be taken apart at all(on the motor housing side that is) if you really wanted to you could get it but would cause severe damage to the device in the process! if its a v15 its fairly new so just in case I would let Dyson deal with it as if you take it apart they might void your warranty sorry there isn’t much of a solution but I hope all goes well for you Thanks:-)
