Brand new Dyson v11 torque drive stick vac and both of the heads are not spinning. The main head and the one used for carpet. 1st time using it.
Make sure you have charged it fullyTry putting the heads directly onto the vacuum itself and see if the heads will work. if there’s a defect in the wand wiring they won’t turn.Check to see that the everything is firmly clipped into place Dysons assemble very positively with audible clicks.There may also be a setting on your V11 that turns off the brush heads.Here is a page with some things to checkBecause your unit is new, I think this is likely a setting, or assembly problem or a defective part. Because both heads don’t work, I suspect a setting and then I suspect the wand wiring.
