Chosen Solution
(all this is with the included micro usb charger) I plug it into the box/outlet I use to charge other things but it doesn’t even show it’s charging. I plug it into the ps4 itself and it blinks yellow like it’s charging but the second I unplug it, it says low battery and turns off.
take the controller apart and check if battery pluged in
