Chosen Solution
The bottom screen of my DS lite is flickering. I have been advised that it is a problem with the motherboard. Is that correct or could something else cause this. I have tried the screws in the battery compartment and they do not solve the isssue.
Open DS and ribbon connection to touch screen needs to reattached correctly. Sometimes the ribbon connection loosens. Its located on the top of the DS. The ribbon is about 3/16" wide. The flickering could be caused by a faulty top screen.
