Chosen Solution
So I accidentally dropped my Trio Stealth GI 7 (could be a Trio Stealth G1 7) and my earbuds were plugged in when it fell… Tablet then hit the tile floor hit my foot partially when it fell… the screen cracked and still had what I was doing up on the screen but when I tried to hit the play button on the video (video paused when my earbuds came unplugged) there was no response from me touching the screen anywhere on the screen held the power button down to turn it off then tried to press the turn off prompt that came up on the screen, but that didn’t work. so I held down the power button for longer and it turned off. Then held down the power button to turn it on and it turned on… It went to the lock screen, I tried to put in my password (pattern type) screen still didn’t respond. so turned it off and then tried to look up the website on the back of the tablet (www.triotablets.com) and the website didn’t work. so then looked it up the website on bing and it didn’t find it so I just continued to search then found this website that I looked around on it and couldn’t find my tablet on the site so I started to type this up
If the screen on your tablet cracked and is not responding, it may need to be replaced.
