Hi :) I have dropped my phone flat on the screen. It fell on the floor and after that the display went all black. However, those are still working : Charging lightButtonsTouch screen (I managed to turn off my alarm with my finger) I already dismantled it and verified if the connectors were well plugged : they are now and still no light… Have I missed something? Should I buy a new screen? Many thanks !
Hi, As a DIY repair all you can do is to change the display assembly and check. Here’s the Ifixit OnePlus 5T AMOLED Screen & Digitizer Replacement guide that will help you to do this. Note: Ifixit has the display assembly available (click on parts in the guide)
